The Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solution designed for Editoriale Domus has been developed in order to form a manifold of all corporate information

The Editoriale Domus is an Italian publishing, founded in 1929. It is the oldest Italian company specialized in periodicals; it publishes magazines like Quattroruote, Domus, Meridiani and TuttoTrasporti.

The solution based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM has been developed in order to form a manifold of all corporate information coming from various business units and stored in different systems not in communication between them.

The implementation of a single data warehouse, has also allowed us to define specific logical management of items of cost / revenue for Cost Centers and Commission, thus enabling the processing of Economic Accounts for Commission, appropriately segmented and reclassified.

All the different business areas continue to manage segmented phases of imputation data and elaboration of specific reports of area, but are produced monthly Book Budget, with company’s view complete and unified, for the Administration and Control.

Certification of the data in reports, from a single shared source.
Unified view of the results of the different BU.
Reporting standards for income statements reclassified Commission.
Dynamic reports and customizable according to specific requirements.
Immediacy of information and opportunity to update the data several times during the day.
The data can be distributed to users by limiting the vision through profiling, without then having to create different reports.

“All of the above critical issues were resolved, the redundancy of information have been eliminated, the procedures are easier and timing of implementation of the report have declined dramatically.”

Sofia Bordone, Publisher charge Editoriale Domus
