Leucos Spa is a company operating in design lamps production and distribution, born in 1962, that offers an artistic combination of Old World glass techniques and modern engineering. After a systems renovation project from the current AS400 platform, the company decides to start a gradual implementation of Microsoft cloud technology for retail and marketing.
In March of 2015, Leucos has had to face a challenge: to find an adequate tool to manage all activities related to customer and prospects management, respecting restricted and fast implementation time schedule. Thanks to the acquisition of several licenses for the use of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM O, implemented with the support of the partner Porini, Leucos has been able to keep track of sales leads that emerged during the course of the events and to obtain statistics on these new sales opportunities. Currently, the CRM is used by different users operating in the company’s Italian headquarters, and is planned to purchase additional licenses, including some destined for the US Area Manager. In particular, the aim is to set up workflows to the area managers, aimed at monitoring of their activities and management of customer follow-up strategies. Each area manager will have to fill out a questionnaire of “customer cards” that will result in a report on the meeting and activities. Leucos has also implemented the CRM customizations, making it possible to enter additional information for each lead generated.
