SPORTLER HAS CHOSEN PORINI 365 CRM FASHION & RETAIL TO DIGITALIZE THE RETAIL PROCESSES

Sportler, Italian company leader in the distribution of sporting goods and technical equipment, with 40 stores distributed throughout northern Italy and Austria, with a strong online presence and an assortment of more than 400 specialized brands, has chosen Microsoft Dynamics 365 to simplify its marketing processes and Retail COCAI for the integrated management of all cash operations.

We had the need to renew our systems to rationalise the operational processes and better integrate the business functions of Marketing and Retail. Thanks to the choice of a Cloud system and industry-specific solutions, we have managed to do so in a short time, reducing complexity and operating costs of management.

The project has planned to migrate our on-premise systems to the Microsoft cloud and thanks to the Azure platform we have been able to integrate all our systems saving resources and redesigning the Integration of the flows between the various systems that are now completely online.

The project was realized by migrating the client’s on premise systems on the Microsoft Azure platform and integrating the vertical Porini 365 CRM Fashion & Retail to ensure a rapid start and reduction of project and infrastructure costs.

Avevamo l’esigenza di rinnovare i nostri sistemi per razionalizzare i processi operativi ed integrare meglio le funzioni aziendali del Marketing e del Retail. Grazie alla scelta di un sistema in Cloud e di soluzioni specifiche di settore, siamo riusciti a farlo in poco tempo, riducendo complessità ed i costi operativi di gestione.

il progetto ha previsto la migrazione dei nostri sistemi on-premise verso il cloud di Microsoft e grazie alla piattaforma Azure abbiamo potuto integrare tutti i nostri sistemi risparmiando risorse e ridisegnando le integrazioni dei flussi tra i vari sistemi che adesso sono completamente on-line.

Il progetto è stato realizzato migrando i sistemi on premise del cliente sulla piattaforma Azure di Microsoft ed integrando il verticale PORINI 365 CRM Fashion & Retail per garantire un rapido avvio e la riduzione dei costi di progetto e di infrastruttura.
