PORINI is taking part in the International Fair of the White Truffle of Alba, a prestigious event that celebrates the link between the land, food and sustainability, with the aim of promoting the area’s gastronomic products, including truffles and wines.
Porini’s entrance at the fair will take place on 5 November, on the occasion of the testimony of Tommaso Pozzi, CEO of Porini, who will speak during the Round Table organised at 11.00 a.m. at the Teatro Sociale G. Busca – panel 2, with a speech dedicated to the theme of Cross Sustainability.
Afterwards, you will be able to meet us on 11 and 12 November at the PORINI stand, where you will be able to get to know GP(T)ARTUFO, the Web App that our experts have developed specifically for the Fair, making the integration of artificial intelligence in the culinary sector possible.
GPTartufo is able to collect input from its interlocutor, such as preferred foods, allergies, intolerances and meals. Subsequently, the app will process this information and return a truffle recipe as output, even matching it with the most suitable wine.
Finally, don’t miss the Cooking show by Beppe Fenoglio, the famous star chef, who will delight you with his truffle-based culinary creations every Saturday and Sunday at 11 am and 6 pm.

L’ingresso di Porini in fiera avverrà il 5 Novembre, in occasione della testimonianza di Tommaso Pozzi, CEO di Porini, che interverrà durante la Tavola Rotonda organizzata alle ore 11.00 presso il Teatro Sociale G. Busca – panel 2, con uno speech dedicato al tema della Sostenibilità Incrociata.
In seguito, potrai incontrarci l’11 e il 12 Novembre allo stand PORINI, dove potrete conoscere GP(T)ARTUFO, la Web App che i nostri esperti hanno sviluppato appositamente per la Fiera, rendendo possibile l’integrazione dell’intelligenza artificiale nel settore culinario.
GPTartufo è in grado di raccogliere degli input dal suo interlocutore, come gli alimenti graditi, allergie, intolleranze e i pasti preferiti. Successivamente, l’app elaborerà queste informazioni restituendo come output una ricetta a base di tartufo, abbinandovi anche il vino più adatto.
Infine, non perdetevi i Cooking show di Beppe Fenoglio, il famoso chef stellato, che vi delizierà con le sue creazioni culinarie a base di tartufo ogni sabato e domenica alle ore 11 e alle ore 18.
